Lindsay Lohan’s Weight Loss Due To Stress
admin | January 30, 2009
Lindsay Lohan’s weight loss is apparently the result of stress, the Mean Girls star has caused concern of late over her figure, and her heavy partying, drinking and late nights will not be helping her on her road to recovery, if she is suffering from stress from being tired and run down.
Lindsay’s assistant has spoken out about the famous actress star and has said there is nothing to worry about, but added that Lindsay was aware that she had lost weight and it isn’t a hidden problem. Close friends of Lindsay’s have reportedly put the drop in weight down to her rocky relationship with DJ Samantha Ronson.
Last week it was openly spoken about that the relationship was taking its toll on both of them, saying Lindsay was “bad for Sam’s health”. But the actress’s ‘people’ have denied that there is anything to be concerned about.
Lindsay is aware that she’s lost some weight due to stress, but she recently did a photo shoot where she looked thin, but she still ate two full meals and appeared to enjoy the food, so hopefully that will dampen any worries about her health and what appear to be poor eating habits.

After recent popularity of the TV competition ‘Dancing on Ice’, what better way to promote fitness and health than for Jayne Torvill to show off her fantastic figure at 50 years old! Jayne has a figure of someone half her age, and she clearly enjoys showing it off as she wears a teeny skirt and crop top in her DVD, the workout consists of aerobics and short bursts of high-intensity exercise, including a warm-up, two aerobic sections and a routine which focuses on toning only, overall it will be your heart pumping but the DVD isn’t too exciting and a little drab…
Claire Richards ex steps singer put on alot of weight whilst pregnant with her son Reece, and her ‘5 Step Fat Attack’ DVD shows you many before and after images - which is something to give you the initiative to stick to the hard work when you see the end results. The DVD is very dance focused and takes you through workouts choreographed to Steps songs! Claire works out alongside a team of fit men, who at one point take off their tops to show off their buff bods. The DVD is broken down into sections - aerobics, combat, fat assult and toning, including a warm-up and cool down.
