Michelle Heaton’s boyfriend revealed he is not worried about the rumours of a romance between his girlfriend and A1 star Ben Adams in the Celebrity Big Brother house. Hugh Hanley is a 30 year old advertising executive, and is Michelle’s boyfriend, said he is not threatened by 27-year-old Ben, who is living in the Big Brother compound with Michelle.

Hugh is not concerned as he can see there is no chemistry between them and says “Michelle and I wouldn’t have a good relationship if I got jealous of her just talking to a lad!” He also said the comments made by fellow housemate Coolio about her being attracted to the singer upset Michelle because she was worried it would effect their friendship.

Hugh said: “Michelle and Ben knew each other before they went into the house, so obviously they’re going to hang out together. Ben’s a lovely fella – I’m not worried. Michelle just got a bit wound up by how derogatory Coolio was about their friendship.”

Michelle who is a former  Liberty X star met Hugh on the set of You’re A Star, the Irish version of The X Factor, following her split from husband Andy Scott-Lee after admitting she kissed someone else while on holiday in Marbella.

Hugh has said the fact that Michelle cheated in the past does not worry him, “That’s Michelle’s past and we’re looking towards our future.”
