Jade Goody To Be Married At The Weekend
Jade Goody is to marry her fiance Jack Tweed at a hotel near her Essex home on Sunday, her publicist confirmed today, Jade who has recently been struck down by cancer has chosen a country house hotel just 8 miles from her home in Ongar, Essex, to tie the knot.
She and fiance Jack plan to share a civil ceremony with just over 100 friends and family followed by a reception. Jade’s illness means that many of the preparations will still be being made just days before the midday wedding on Sunday.
The wedding is staying local due to fears for the bride’s health on the day and the last-minute nature of the plans could mean that a local venue is more suitable than the usual exclusive retreats chosen for high-profile nuptials.
The gorgeous hotel is surrounded by 110 acres of woodland and perfect gardens, is exactly what Jade wished for for her perfect day she said, and the couple have booked out the entire 99-bed hotel already for their special day. Staff at the hotel were tight-lipped about the couple’s plans but admitted that there is already a waiting list for accommodation on Sunday night. The 27-year-old reality TV star was told last week she has just months to live after her cancer spread.
