Wish you had naturally beautiful skin? Don’t we all!  Flawless skin can sometimes feel like a dream you’ll never reach. Blemish and acne-free can be a reality.

But we’re here to help! Try these tips for the look you’ve always wanted.

Tackle your skincare issues and enhance your natural beauty.

Always take the day off

Always remove your makeup before you go to bed. Your skin needs to breathe overnight. Makeup stops it from doing this, as leaving it on overnight clogs the pores which then causes blemishes or blackheads. If you don’t have makeup remover, you can use olive oil on a makeup pad. Gently massage the oil onto your face to get rid of makeup and dirt.

Scrub and more scrub

Don’t forget to exfoliate. Once or twice a week, exfoliate your face to remove layers of dead skin. This gives you a brighter glow. Make a paste by mixing the walnut powder with yogurt to exfoliate in a natural way. The antioxidants present in walnuts help to remove dirt.

Suncream is everything

Apply sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15. Choose one that blocks both UVA and UVB rays. Sun exposure can cause wrinkles, age spots, and other problems. Always read the label and look for one that says noncomedogenic or non-acnegenic so you know it won’t block your pores.

If you’re worried about the ingredients, choose an SPF made by natural skincare brands UK.

If you want naturally beautiful skin, never skip sunscreen, even if it’s cloudy or cold outside. There’s UVA and UVB rays in the sun even on overcast days. If you’re going to the beach or will be around reflective surfaces like ice or snow, make your sunscreen is at least SPF 30.

Eat your greens

Eat fresh fruits, greens, protein, and vitamins. A diet that is rich in vitamin C and low in fat and sugar will boost radiant skin.

Exercise regularly

Running, jogging and yoga all give the body important blood circulation and help the cleansing process of the body. A brisk walk around the block can be enough to give you a glow if you’re pressed for time.

Moisturise

Don’t skip your skincare after a workout. Before you work out, apply a toner to minimise the amount of oil your skin produces. After the exercise, exfoliate and then apply shea butter or olive oil to moisturise.

Catch some Zzzs

Sleep for at least eight hours every night. If you don’t get enough sleep, your skin gets tired, just like you do. Tired skin will sag and bag.

Wash

Always wash your face before you go to bed. If you have dry skin, use a mild cleanser that is free from alcohol. Put on plenty of moisturisers and avoid hot water. Hot water dries out the skin excessively.

Hydrate

Drink lots of water every day. Aim to drink at least eight glasses of water a day. Eat fruits and vegetables that have high water content like watermelon, cucumber, orange, strawberry, grapefruit, and cantaloupe melon.

The secret ingredient

Use rosewater in your skincare routine. Rosewater prevents and reduces puffiness around the eyes and helps to maintain pH balance and hydrates your skin.
