If you’re reading this article you’re obviously a Brangelina addict. Come on. Admit it. How many times have you skipped reading the latest news of this ‘it’ couple? I would guess never. 

When Brad and Jen broke up all hell seemed to have broken lose.  A million hearts shattered to see their golden couple part ways and some even sited that ill fated day as “a day of infamy”, a term used for befitting catastrophes such as Pearl Harbor or Hiroshima bombings. With the split the world seemed to be divided in two teams; Team Jolie and Team Jen. As if being in either team made any difference since neither would be footing your bills anyway. 

I guess seeing Brad and Jen together gave hope to the disillusioned masses that fairy tale endings are indeed possible. But as time heals everything, Brangelina were gradually accepted and Brad’s infidelity forgiven. Although I don’t think we ever accepted Brangelina wholeheartedly if the reactions to their possible break-up says anything. Yes. You heard it. Hollywood’s best looking couple may quite well be on their way to splitsville.  Speculations are on in full swing fuelled by new twists such as the secret bachelor pad Brad Pitt’s bought for himself in Los Angeles. The Daily Mail claims that it’s so that he can keep himself away from Angelina and most importantly, to escape the media attention once the official word of their spilt is out.

Howard Stern had a lot to say about Brangelina claiming he is privy to a lot inside gossip nobody else is. He claimed that he knows for a fact that the couple has broken up and blamed it all on Angelina Jolie. He says that Angelina comes with a lot of excess baggage which is why her ex Billy Bob Thornton left to which I will quote “”I’m selfish, impatient and a little insecure. I make mistakes, I am out of control and at times hard to handle. But if you can’t handle me at my worst, then you sure as hell don’t deserve me at my best.” 

Rumors have been further fuelled by reports that the couple has been visiting lawyers to prepare themselves for a break up. Apparently, they’re planning a pre nuptial agreement so they can split all their property and finances equally and also to decide the custody rights of the children.

Neither party has denied nor corroborated the rumors keeping everyone guessing. However, Brad and Angelina accompanied with their eldest son, Maddox showed up at the SuperBowl American football final recently. The couple was seen hugging, kissing and laughing and as to whether this was a genuine night or an effort to squash rumours, time will tell. To those of you who read this till the end, if so much interest was shown in world peace, we’d have world peace! Of course, if you’re addicted to tinsel town gossip you might want to indulge in Jolie’s U.N work and maybe it would enlighten you that there are worse things going on in Syria than in Brangelina’s bedroom.

Just as excited people had been about Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt getting together to create the best looking Hollywood couple right now, that is exactly how exited everybody is about their possible break up. The two of them of course have been completely mum about the whole affair and they have neither denied the rumors nor corroborated them. But just to make matters worse for them there are new twists that are being discovered and said about them.

The first comes in the form of news or rather as they term it “proof” from the Daily Mail that they have uncovered a secret that Brad Pitt has actually gone ahead and bought himself a bachelor pad in Los Angeles that is safely tucked away. The Daily Mail claims that he has done this so that he can keep himself well away from Angelina since their relationship is not working out and most importantly to also keep himself away from all the media attention that he will be getting once they do make their break up an official piece of news.

However, the twist doesn’t end there, Howard Stern has recently said a lot of things about the couple on an interview with Rosie O’Donnell on a radio show with her that he claims are all news that he has access to because he knows every thing about celebrities. He claimed that he knew for a fact that the couple had broken up and blamed it on Angelina Jolie as it appears. He mentioned that her ex husband Billy Bob Thornton had broken up with her too because he could not deal with the problems that she came with.

However as a contradiction to all that news is the reports that many other people are giving. As the other theory goes, Angelina and Brad had actually been visiting lawyers (that fuelled the rumors) not about a divorce or a break up but to simply prepare themselves  for a break up and were actually planning out a pre nuptial agreement so that they could split all their property and finances equally. They have also supposedly decided that all their six children would live with Angelina in the case of such a break up between her and Brad although he will also share a custody over all the six children equally.

So basically till they make anything official, they just keep a whole lot of curious people guessing.

 Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have put their adoption plans on the backburner as the couple deal with their troubled relationship, reports claim.

 A recent US tabloid report revealed that the celebrity duo hoped to adopt another child this year, yet instead have called in Angelina’s brother,  James Haven, to act as a mediator between them.

 The couple have reportedly had a few bust ups in recent weeks, with a source telling, In Touch, “Poor James was trying to say, ‘Come on, that’s not  fair,’ and they ended up talking right over him.”

 James is worried that his famous sister may cause a series of problems which “may sabotage the best thing she has ever had and walk out on  Brad.”

 Angelina is currently working on her new movie, Salt, where she takes on a multiple set of disguises as a CIA agent. It was reported that the pair  were clearly not getting as the tension mounted on the New York set for the film.

 It was reported that Angelina said to Brad, who is looking after the children while she is filming, “Will you please respect the fact that I am  working right now?” and “All you have to do is look after the kids. Will you please do it?”

 An on-set insider added, “You can clearly tell something’s is not right between them.”

Jolie is reported to be trying to lose more weight to get into her acting role as a CIA agent. One of her disguises is playing a man which Angelina hopes to loose 21pounds in 21 days, getting rid of her curves for a leaner figure. 

However, her extreme diet regime has had negative impact on the Brangelina household. A source revealed that, “Brad told her that if she was staying on the diet, he was getting out of the way. Then she started screaming at him about a chore.

“He felt that whatever he did or said would be wrong, so he went to Los Angeles to let off steam with some buddies. He thinks the diet is dangerous and unnecessary.”

In today’s celebrity world, the women are diet crazy as they shed pounds in a week on ridiculous, unhealthy diets. 

From the baby food diet to the water diet, these supposed role models are fading into nothing as many of us try and copy their superslim look.

The British actress is constantly fighting rumours that she is anorexic, after a family history of her grandmother and great grandmother suffering from the illness. Keira insists she is not battling the same problem and is naturally skinny anyway. Lucky her!

Although the pictures don’t show much difference, you can definitely see the great difference when she has a little bit of meat on her. Come on Keira, swap a salad for a pie!

The Desperate Housewives star once had a beautiful curvaceous figure that most women would die for. Now, since entering back into the spotlight, the actresses weight has dropped dramatically to keep up with the constant battle in the celebrity world of skinnyness. 

The star definitely looks healthier and happier  in the second of these to pictures. STOP RUNNING TERRI AND GRAB A CHOCOLATE BAR!

The former Spice Girl may have improved her fashion sense, but definitely lost the plot when it comes to her eating habits. While we envy women who quickly loose the weight after three children, we definitely don’t approved when they turn super thin with all their bones on show!

Victoria has always had a petite figure, yet her recent size zero look makes her look like a walking skeleton with massive implants! Not really that sexy Victoria!

The reality show star shrunk to a pint size celeb in 2006, feeling overweight after the series of The Simple Life, with skinny co star Paris Hilton, had ended. 

The mother-of-one shrunk to a tiny size zero and shocked the nation with her rib cage and skinny legs out on show while out on the beach with friends. 

Nicole admitted at the time that she was aware she was underweight and planned to get healthy while she had her baby.

The sexy US actress dramatically lost a lot of weight after the death of her mother in 2007, who died of ovarian cancer. The star admitted she was struggling with the death of her mother, while at the same time looking after her four children. 

The star insisted that she has always been lean, and gets annoyed when people claim she is trying to fit into skinny jeans and enjoys being thin. Angelina said that someone telling her she is thin, is not a compliment.

US actress, Jennifer Aniston, 40, has dumped musician boyfriend John Mayer because he wasn’t ready to have a child with her. The ‘Friends’ actress has been dating Mayer, 31, on and off for about a year, ended the relationship last week, as Jennifer is desperate to start a family.

A source told America’s OK! Magazine, “She was truly ready to move on. John wasn’t ready to father her child so she ended it.” It has been reported that the pair split on good terms and have not ruled out rekindling their romance in the near future. 

“They left the door open to give it another go. John’s number one priority at the moment is his music, it’s all-consuming for him,” said another source.

Reports suggested the Mayer ended the relationship with Aniston after her return from her European tour promoting her latest film, Marley and Me.

However, POPEATER, squashed these reports stating, “Jennifer Aniston is saying it’s actually the other way around. Aniston reportedly told her friends it was her decision to end their relationship after Mayer became distant following their appearance at the Oscars, WENN reports.”

Previous reports suggested that Aniston was keen for John to commit to their future, after he promised to change his partying lifestyle if they were to start a family. Actress, Drew Barrymore, a close friend of Aniston, was reported to have disliked Mayer, and was keen for the ‘Friends’ star to get rid of him.

It was reported that Drew believed Mayor was using Aniston to raise his celebrity profile and never really wanted kids with her at all.

Speaking about her desire for a family Jennifer said, “I feel it’s in my future and I’m on the verge of it in some way. I want to have children. That’s my plan. Of course I’d like to be a mother some day, and I love children.”

Friends actress Jennifer Aniston finally came face to face with love rival Angelina Jolie at the oscar awards on Sunday night, and what a hard way to do it – in front of millions of viewers.

Jennifer most recent film is ‘Marley and Me’ which is based on the book about a family who buy a puppy Labrador.

The star presented the award for Best Animated Feature Film after pulling off a great double act with comic Jack Black watched by ex-husband Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, who were sat right on the front row literally a stone throw away from Jennifer.

And both Angelina and Brad smiled as the comic pair joked about Jack’s animation voiceovers, and Jen grumbled about her meagre paycheck for The Iron Giant.

Jack replied: “Each year I do a Dreamworks movie then I take all the money to the Oscars and bet it on Pixar.”

Addressing the Dreamworks head co-host Jen added: “I’m sorry Mr Katzenberg, I don’t know why we let him out.”

The comic double made a great pair and had the audience laughing before the award was presented, I bet poor Jennifer let out a huge sigh of relief when it was over!

Brad and Jennifer split in 2005 after he met Angelina on the set of Mr and Mrs Smith, and there has been speculation since that Brad actually cheated on Jennifer with Angelina whilst they were still married, but this has never been confirmed. 

Brit film Slumdog Millionaire bagged eight trophies at the Brits including best picture, direction, adapted screenplay and cinematography and these awards cement the reputation of Fox Searchlight as a champion of work that Hollywood won’t risk.

The film Slumdog Millionaire is a love story which has successfully combined an artists ambition but the commercial appeal of the film is broad and most can relate to the film, it will cover all genre’s of tastes and has already appealed to many already, and this is reflected by the films wins on the night winning eight Oscars, including the best picture trophy.

The 81st annual Academy Awards marked an amazing outcome for the movie, which was filled with subtitles, scenes of torture and a Bollywood dance sequence, and these wins give the distributor Film Searchlight a amazing reputation which has resulted in it becoming Hollywood’s top advocate of the kind of daring works that movie studios have all but abandoned.

The director of Slumdog was Brit Danny Boyle, and he captured the fictional account of a Mumbai orphan’s surprising winning streak on India’s version of “Who Wants to be a Millionaire”, from which he tough upbringing in the Indian slums resulted in him having the experience and knowledge to win the show, which was constantly questioned throughout the process of winning – as he was accused of cheating by the government and tortured to try and get him to admit he was a cheat. 

The film was produced by a British company and the wins for the film have dramatized the global compass reading of contemporary movie production, as other top Oscar winners showed. 

The best supporting actress winner was Spain’s Penelope Cruz for “Vicky Cristina Barcelona”; Australian actor Heath Ledger was posthumously named best supporting actor for “The Dark Knight”; and British star Kate Winslet won best actress for “The Reader.” The only acting winner with a U.S. birth certificate: Sean Penn, who played the title character in “Milk.”

The genre of films has appeared to change recently and the big movie studios are steering clear of highbrow literary dramas, aiming their resources at mass-appeal works including family-friendly animation, superhero stories and established franchises such as James Bond and Harry Potter.

As others have ditched movies that require patient marketing to build grass-roots audience interest — “Slumdog Millionaire” debuted in just 10 theaters last November and didn’t reach its widest national release until last weekend — Fox Searchlight has become Hollywood’s unequaled home for films made outside the normal studio channels, the domestic gross from Slumdog is estimated at $100 million. 

Danny Boyle briefly spoke about the film backstage saying: “It’s a triumph for this kind of film.”

Hollywood stars are apparently after lips like Beyonce and Angelina Jolie. Oscar night is coming closer and this is the one event where stars go far out of their way to ensure they look prim, proper and perfect for the big event, and some even prepare by especially having plastic surgery for the night?!

So as the celebrities prepare for Oscar night, a top plastic surgeon to the stars has revealed some of the most-wanted features among his clients.

Dr Garth Fisher, who has a popular clinic in Beverly Hills, said: “I know people like to look like Angelina Jolie – her lips, her nose. Beyonce’s got some really great lips – people like that when they’re trying to inject the lips.”

He said his clients also went for the features of Brad Pitt, George Clooney and Katie Price, speaking about the process of the surgery he said: ”They come in with their wish list and the main thing for me is trying to do something that doesn’t look surgical, especially for the Oscars. You don’t want to be on the list of awful plastic surgeons dot com – you want to make sure they look really great, elegant and handsome,” he added, so this is obviously as great opportunity for him to promote his ‘work’. 

Dr Fisher has a long list of celebrity clients, one being Katie Price herself, who is famous for her plastic surgery and how it has enhanced her looks, said that when clients liked another actor’s features he could “get them going in that direction”.

Angelina Jolie lost a pair of £1.1 million diamond earrings. Angelina and Brad was staying in London’s Dorchester Hotel during the BAFTA awards at the weekend, and the film star has reportedly left her £1.1 million diamond earings at the suite they were staying in when she returned to the USA on Sunday. 

The 33-year-old actress realised she had forgotten the earrings as she was preparing to board her flight and called hotel staff, begging them to search her suite, frantically worrying about her loss and desperate for them to be found before she boarded her flight. 

A source said: “Staff got a frantic call from Angelina at the airport, urging them to take her room apart. Happily the diamonds were found after a 90-minute search and promptly sent back to Los Angeles.”

Angelina and her partner Brad Pitt were staying at the hoteln with their six children, so now wonder the earings got misplaced! They were nominated for Best Actor and Best Actress at the BAFTAs but were beaten to the prizes by Mickey Rourke and Kate Winslet.

Brad’s ‘The Curious Case of Benjamin Button’ – nominated for 11 awards – won three accolades. Angelina’s ‘Changeling’, which was acknowledged in eight categories, went home empty-handed.

The BAFTA Awards took place on Sunday night, and here you will find everything you need to know about the events of the night! The Leading Actress award was won by Kate Winslet for her fantastic performance in The Reader and Slumdog Millionaire cleaned up at the awards with seven gongs including Best Film.

The night of British triumphs saw Danny Boyle win the Director prize for Slumdog, the rags-to-riches tale set in the slums of Mumbai.

The Orange British Academy Film Awards, one of the most glamorous events in the film calendar, saw A-listers including Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, Sharon Stone, Penelope Cruz, Daniel Craig, Ron Howard and Michael Sheen brave the downpour to dazzle on the red carpet.

Kate Winslet appeared breathless when speaking in her acceptance speech, saying: “To be given this award at home, this really means a great deal to me. Thank you Bafta, thank you. I want to thank everybody involved in the making of this film. They all know who they are and they all deserve a big fat piece of this.”

Star of Doctor Who and Adulthood Noel Clarke was the people’s choice, taking home the Orange Rising Star Award, voted for by the public. Monty Python star Terry Gilliam was given the Bafta fellowship – the Academy’s highest honour.
