Amy Winehouse is drinking so much alcohol her pals worry she will need “a miracle” to get through her show on Friday (08.05.09).

Friends of the ‘Rehab’ star say she is drinking so excessively she will be lucky if she can avoid “public humiliation” when she steps on stage with KC and the Sunshine Band at the St Lucia Jazz Festival.

Doctors on the Caribean island have reportedly ordered the 25-year-old star to clean up her act last weekend after she was hospitalised with dehydration, but Amy has ignored the pleas.

A source told Britain’s Daily Star Newspaper, “Amy spends all her time boozing the days and nights away. Following her hospital visit she has done no rehearsing for her comeback show despite knowing how important it is for fans and friends in St. Lucia.

“Amy has gone back to her wild ways. She is moody, erratic, drunk and volatile. Everyone around her is starting to think it would be a miracle if she makes it through her set this Friday.”

The festival will be Amy’s first performance of 2009, and more than 6,000 fans are expected to fly to the idyllic island to see her perform.

A spokesman for Amy has denied the alcohol abuse rumours, insisting the ‘Valerie’ star is fine and looking forward to the show on Friday.

He said, “Amy is fine and raring to go. Her band are on their way over to St.Lucia as we speak and as soon as they arrive she will start rehearsing again and renew her commitments.”

However, Amy’s father Mitch is worried about his daughter is worried the star’s friends are taking advantage of her, charging expensive meals and alcohol to her expense account.

Another source said, “Mitch knows Amy has to get this comeback concert right. He doesn’t want Amy to be lonely, but he doesn’t see why she should pay for friends to have a good time.”

Now, if we asked for ‘The Britney’ our stylists would think we had gone mental and ask us to leave the salon and take a trip to a councillor instead.

1.     Amy Winehouse

We all know that the Back to Black singer is famous for her beehive hairdo, but this is just taking it a step too far!

Its mass probably weighs more than her actual body weight put together. And then its jet black colour against her pale complexion…not good!

2.     Britney Spears

The singer has had an album of hair dos since shaving it all off last year. The US singer has had the dodgiest of extensions and wigs, from blonde tacky strands, to dull and lifeless brunette hair. Although the star is getting back on track and realising a good barnet is actually pretty useful, it’s ever so easy to remember that fateful night she thought the middle-aged balding man look was pretty sexy!

3.     Sarah Harding

Now I think Sarah may have got slightly confused when her band members asked whether she was to do a star trek to Kilimanjaro for Comic Relief. Instead, the Girls Aloud singer decided to go for the Mr Spock look, hoping to steal the lime light from the other band members. Don’t worry Sarah, you’ve certainly done that!

4.     Edith Bowman

Scary! Why Edith decided to go for the Camilla Parker Bowles look is beyond understanding. The rock chick Radio One presenter’s granny look doesn’t do her many favours and most likely sent her singer boyfriend, from The Editors running for the hills. Go and do some knitting Edith!

5.     Lilly Allen

The lovable Lilly Allen became not so lovable when she died her hair pink. What was she thinking? Not only did it wash her out, it looks plastic, flat and did not make her look like a rock star. Stick to brunette Lilly, it’s just safer!

Its a good thing Amy Winehouse has her rehab of choice on speed dial because she may have to check herself into a padded cell for a short period of time now that hubby Blake Fielder-Civil is seeking a divorce on the grounds of the soul diva’s infidelity. Blake’s attorney Henri Brandman says he has been instructed “to commence divorce proceedings on the grounds of Amy’s adultery.” 

Amy Winehouse and Blake Fielder married in Miami in May 2007, but six months late he was arrested and jailed over an assault. In November he was released into a drug rehab center, but sent back to prison weeks later for breaching his bail conditions. Amy was very successful and shot to stardom with the multi-Grammy-winning album “Back to Black” in 2006, but Amy’s music has been overshadowed by reports of drug use and trouble with the law. 

Amy’s infidelity can’t honestly be the only reason why Blake is filing for divorce, their relationship was the most un-healthy marriage two people could have together, and as a couple they were a lethal pair to themselves and others.

Amy Winehouse is currently trying to recover and get away from everything on holiday but she seems to be causing chaos at the exclusive Caribbean resort where she’s holidaying.

The troubled singer reportedly started crawling round on all-fours one night after hotel staff refused to serve her any more alcohol and has been holding all-night singing sessions with friends who have flown out from London, which include a lot of alcohol drinking – the reason Amy is trying to recover and she is said to of thrown a glass of water over a 27-year-old who she accused of giving her “bad looks”.

A lot of the people who have come to stay here are upset because she is loud and vulgar. Guests are paying a lot of money, but many of them are asking to be transferred to a different resort because they have had enough.

Amy is causing guests to suffer distress after paying a considerable amount for their holidays and Amy being in the resort has ruined some people’s holiday. Amy has also apparently been stealing drinks off peoples tables, but was this as a joke or does she still have serious alcohol problems… The singer’s spokeswoman denied that Amy had been stealing drinks saying: “Amy was not stealing drinks off people’s tables. She could have been doing anything in those pictures.”

Amy Winehouse has clearly recovered from her alcohol, drug and love troubles and is getting herself slowly back on the track in Saint Lucia in the Caribbean where she is recuperating. Though in the picture on the yacht seem she seems to be drinking a beer, but if this is under control then Amy is fine and is still on her way to recovering completely, but if she is to stick with this it would probably be a good idea to avoid alcohol altogether, as she has such an addictive personality.

But either way, she looks much better than she did before leaving for the Caribbean, and has also gained some weight, even though she is still painfully thin, it is a start. Well, let’s hope she has finally given up her bad-girl image and will start taking her singing career more seriously again, her music from before the trouble began was brilliant and she is very talented. 

She’s been enjoying her Caribbean holiday for quite some time, and Amy Winehouse isn’t showing any signs of leaving St. Lucia anytime soon.  Then again, with the gorgeous weather and a hot hunk of a male companion in Joshua Bowman, what’s not to love?

As for her drug drama in Norway, stemming from an arrest for marijuana posession back in October 2007, it seems Amy has decided to drop her appeal.

Her lawyer told press that she decided to accept the fine and conviction despite the fact that she claimed the police had made some serious errors in the case.

Amy Winehouse was admitted to the London Clinic in Harley Street after falling ill on Sunday, and after spending a few days there under the watchful eyes of doctors she is still there this evening.

Her publicist has spoken out and said that Amy was sick because of the combination of medication she is taking to battle her drug addiction and had had a bad reaction to the medication he also added that the singer arrived at the hospital in a car, not an ambulance as had been claimed.

The 25-year-old missed her husband’s court appearance on Monday because of the illness, Blake who is 26 was in court in a failed attempt to have his 27 month sentence for grievous bodily harm and perverting the cause of justice cut. Both Amy and Blake both have well-reported drug problems. 

In January this year, footage obtained by The Sun newspaper appeared to show Winehouse inhaling fumes from a crack pipe, Amy then entered a rehab clinic days after the video was released.

Amy Winehouse can’t help but destroy everything she gets close too, as an extremely worse for wear Sadie Frost staggered out of the ‘Back to Black’ singers house, after a short 90 minute party.

The fashion designer/actress entered Amy’s house at midnight on Monday looking glamorous with her on-off boyfriend Kristian Marr. When she left Sadie, 43, looked a mess, with her dress undone and her underwear on display as she piled in to a taxi.

A source said: “The zip of her dress wasn’t done up properly and her jacket was tucked into the back of it. She was in a real state.

“Oddly, she left clutching a box full of junk, which had ‘make-up/skin care bits’ written on the top.”

“When they came to leave, they couldn’t open the front door. Amy said she had lost the key after locking it, so there was a bit of a panic as they tried to work out how they were going to get out.”

Sadie is apparently Tee Total, but as thins proves when you go to the Winehouse, don’t expect to come off well. The mother-of-four is a member of the infamous Primrose Hill set – which also includes supermodel Kate Moss, Rhys Ifans and British actress Davinia Taylo

Drugged up, walking haircut, Amy Winehouse has plans to damage the world’s ears once more by releasing the song she recorded with Mark Ronson for the new James Bond movie.

The song was not good enough for Bonds producers, who instead chose Alicia Keys and Jack White’s collaborations, for new film ‘Quantum of Solace’.

Amy told the UK’s New! magazine: “I want to prove they have made a big mistake. I don’t think they could have waited a bit. If they want a worldwide hit, I have them all up here.

“I guess they are going for clean-cut and boring. When I do release mine – and I am tempted to do it on the same day – this would be the bigger hit. If they change their minds, I am waiting!”

Winehouse was the original pick for the movie, but her troubled past has finally caught up with her it would seem. Mark Ronson said of the track, “she wasn’t ready to record music”.

He added: “It’s really disappointing, of course it is. But at the time Amy was going through some s**t, and now she’s doing great, so who cares if we missed the Bond boat.

“It’s fantastic to see her back on track again. We’re both gutted we missed out on 007, but there will be other great opportunities for us.”

Walking disaster, Amy Winehouse has declared that she wants to bring children in to the world. Great.

The ‘troubled’ (hate that term so much) singer insists that she and jailbird husband Blake Feilder-Civil, who earlier this week was banged up for 27 months (*snigger*) for GBH and perverting the course of justice, are ready to start a family. MTV are on the phone already…

She howled: “I love kids. To be honest, I think kids have got a lot more going on than adults. They’ve got their heads screwed on a lot better. Blake and I can’t wait to have kids. I want at least five kids, and I want twins.

“Blake is going to be the most amazing dad. When Blake was about we talked about it all the time. We’d like to have identical twins. Blake had a dream that we had a girl who was dark like me. And then I had a dream that I had one older, like 18 months old, dark like me and identical twin babies. I want twins so I’ll keep going until we have them.”

Amy also revealed she would be just as happy with Blake (who’s probably earning a living right now as some butch guys b#@ch) if she was just a housewife.

She added to her OK! Magazine interview: “I really enjoy ironing. If I was a housewife with Blake we would like in Camden. Blake would work from home. He’s got all his cameras at home and his projector, and he would just live in his little editing room and edit his films. And I’d sing to him.”
