Its a good thing Amy Winehouse has her rehab of choice on speed dial because she may have to check herself into a padded cell for a short period of time now that hubby Blake Fielder-Civil is seeking a divorce on the grounds of the soul diva’s infidelity. Blake’s attorney Henri Brandman says he has been instructed “to commence divorce proceedings on the grounds of Amy’s adultery.” 

Amy Winehouse and Blake Fielder married in Miami in May 2007, but six months late he was arrested and jailed over an assault. In November he was released into a drug rehab center, but sent back to prison weeks later for breaching his bail conditions. Amy was very successful and shot to stardom with the multi-Grammy-winning album “Back to Black” in 2006, but Amy’s music has been overshadowed by reports of drug use and trouble with the law. 

Amy’s infidelity can’t honestly be the only reason why Blake is filing for divorce, their relationship was the most un-healthy marriage two people could have together, and as a couple they were a lethal pair to themselves and others.

“When I met Chris it was like nothing else. I had no question that I was going to have a kid with him. Every rule went out the window. We were telling each other we loved each other by the fourth day and I moved in within a week. I had no question that we were going to get married.” 

The actress married rocker Robinson in 2000, when she was 22 years and divorced him in 2007. “He’s still a permanent fixture in my life,” Kate explained. “But I believe our love changed its form, it shifted.”

Kate also said, “I don’t think we were meant to be married but I think we were meant to have a child and we have this amazing little boy together, we’ll be together our entire lives. Whoever he ends up with, whoever I end up with, we will always be together.”

Kate now wants to concentrate more on her family, especially her son Ryder and is not in the lookout for a new boyfriend.

The divorce between celebrity Kelly Rutherford and her estranged husband has turned more serious,with the Gossip Girl actress seeking to bar him from leaving the United States with their 2-year-old son for fear they’ll disappear. Kelly Rutherford is currently four months pregnant with her second child.

Her husband,David Giersch an entrepreneur, spoke in L.A. Superior Court and accompanied this with papers alleging the actress has a bad temper, once throwing a laptop at him and another time trying to hit him with her fist in the middle of a heated argument, these are very serious accusations which will not be taken lightly especially as she has children. 

Kelly who is 40, filed a divorce from Giersch, last month after being married over two years. Meanwhile, Giersch filed for legal separation, seeking sole legal and physical custody with visitation for her on the same day.
In emergency papers filed Jan. 9, Kelly banned David from traveling outside the United States with their son Hermes saying: ”I feel there is some risk that he will leave the country with Hermes and I will not know where they are,he has a history during our marriage of getting angry with me and leaving, without telling me where he is going.” 

David’s comments on the situation was, “I have been extremely concerned about our son living in a hotel and a New York lifestyle, and this has been one of the main reasons, if not the reason for the ending of my marriage, her routine is that she has weekly hair appointments for at least two hours, manicures, pedicures, shopping and the like. She has been able to do all of that because I have been taking care of Hermes, and am happy to continue doing so, as it would be best for him.”

Shania Twain and her producer husband, “Mutt” Lange announced their split back in May.  It was reported that Lange had cheated on Twain with long time friend and personal secretary, Marie Ann Thiebaud, however both denied the rumors.  A source close to those involved said, “Mutt and Marie Ann left their spouses for each other and are still in a relationship.”

So here are Shania’s top five ways to get over a cheat and on the road to recovery! 

Regain your independence:

Shania was apparently very much controlled by Mutt in most aspects of her life.  A source said, “He would restrict how much Shania could travel, what she could eat, even which friends she could see! He was a very jealous guy and didn’t like her associating with her male pals.  He is a real loner, and as a result, he tried to isolate Shania as well.  Now she’s making her own decisions again.”

Improve your body and mind:

Shania had lost weight after the breakup but she pulled herself together, put the pounds she lost back on, and now she looks absolutely fantastic! She loves her curves, and she feels sexy and young again.

Shania kept busy over the summer, playing golf and tennis and doing yoga. She also spent time talking with a spiritual counselor in the months after the breakup.  It was a real comfort to Shania and helped her stay centered.

Find strength in your family:

Shania brought her 7-year-old son Eja with her to Ontario.  A friend says, “She’s a fantastic mum, and Eja is her rock.  He is the secret weapon that really kept Shania going through her darkest days.”

Shania is also very close to her sisters and she can always count on them for truthful opinions and advise.

Don’t count out romance:

Shania’s friend says that although the breakup was hard, she’s not counting out finding love again.

“It took a while, but now that she’s feeling so much better about herself, Shania has told her pals that she’s ready to get back on the dating scene.  She’d even consider a younger man!

Plan a big comeback:

David Scarlett, senior editor of Country Weekly, said Shania’s recent standing ovation at the CMA awards was well deserved.

“Not just because of the respect due to the top-selling female solo artist of all time, but mostly for the sincere affection of the country music community and her fans.”

The source adds that Shania is working on a new album that will have songs that address her marriage breakup.
