Jack Tweed’s pal has been cleared by police over the alleged rape of a 19-year-old girl in Tweed’s flat.

Former 5Boyz member, Ashley Rubin, 22, was told he faced no action over claims the girl was “roasted”at the East London flat of Jade Goody’s widower.

Another friend of Jack Tweed- estate agent Anthony Davis, 25- remains on bail.

Angry lags kicked up a fuss after Tweed, 22, received “special treatment” after his family got extra time to see him in a private room in North London’s Pentonville jail, where he is currently held on a rape charge.

Tweed, who is currently on suicide watch has told doctors, “If I had a gun I would kill myself.”

An insider said, “He has been put on an unusually tight watch and has to be checked on every 20 minutes which virtually unheard of. He told psychiatrists he wanted to end it all. He is very depressed.

“If the mental health team are invoking that kind of thing it means they take his threat very seriously.”

The club promoter was arrested on Friday morning (04.09.09) over claims he was involved in the rape of a 19-year-old girl after meeting her at the Embassy Club in London on Thursday night.

Goody’s grandfather, John Craddock, 71, from Bermondsey, south east London, said, “It would’ve left Jade broken-hearted if she had been alive.

“I’ve washed my hands of him. The family don’t want anything to do with him.”

Tweed is said to have admitted being with the girl but says he did not rape her and was astonished he was back behind bars,according to reports by the Sunday Mirror.

A source said: ‘His friend asked him if he was OK, Jack said, “No, I’m f***ing not. I’m in Pentonville jail and I can’t believe that I’m here. It’s all a nightmare.”‘

Tweed added to the friend: ‘I can’t believe a girl has made an allegation like that against me and I have ended up here.

‘I am totally innocent and that will be shown in time.’

A source said, “His friend asked him if he was okay, Jack said, ‘No I am f***ing not. I am in Pentonville jail and I can’t believe I am here. It is all a nightmare.”

Tweed added to the friend, “I can’t believe a girl has made an allegation like that against me and I have ended up in here.

“I am totally innocent and that will be shown in time.”

Hospital bound Jade Goody confronted by a woman with hammer

Terminally ill Jade Goody was confronted by a woman armed with a hammer leaning over her hospital bed.

The intruder entered the room with a hammer, at the Royal Marsden hospital in west London soon after her husband Jack Tweed had left her side. Max Clifford, Jade’s publicist, told Radio 1 that Tweed had left for just a few minutes to visit the hospital canteen at around 3pm on Sunday afternoon.  Jade, 27, awoke to find the woman holding a hammer leaning over her bed while muttering prayers. Hospital medics rushed to Goody’s aid to get the woman away.  

Clifford confirmed that Goody had not been injured during the incident but was left “very shaken up.

“It’s very distressing, particularly when you are so weak and vulnerable,” Clifford said.

“It has made her even keener to try and get home as soon as possible.”

It has been confirmed by the Metropolitan Police that a 41-year-old woman has been arrested following the incident.

A statement by the police said, “We can confirm that police were called to the Royal Marsden hospital Sunday afternoon by security to reports of an unknown woman being in a patient’s room.

“Officers attended and a 41-year-old woman was searched and found in possession of a hammer and was arrested for possession of an offensive weapon and taken into custody at a west London police station.”

It has been confirmed in a further statement that the 41-year-old woman has been released.

Goody, famous for starring on the Channel 4 reality TV show, has been diagnosed with terminal cancer and has been told she has just a matter of weeks to live.

Earlier this weekend, Jade was christened alongside her two sons Bobby, five and Freddy, four, described by Clifford as a, “very short and emotional service.” 

Jade Goody plans to meet a white witch and has been praying and bathing in “holy water” in a desperate attempt to cure her terminal cancer, Jade who has been given just weeks to live by doctors treating her cancer, said she was also reading the Bible and its turning towards Jesus in her current hard times.

She continued: “I have a bowl of holy water that I wash and pray with and I’m even having a meeting with a white witch. She cured someone I know of cancer. I’ve no idea what she’s going to do to me so I’ll have to let you know how I get on!”

Goody said she was in touch with her life coach and might also see a healer saying: “It all helps to keep me positive.”

Jade who is a mum of two boys has also revealed that she’d offered her new husband Jack Tweed her house when she’s gone - “I told him he can live in my house when I go but he said, ‘I can’t stay here. I’ll be looking for you in every corner’.”

She has recently been spending as much time as possible as a family saying: “We’re trying to plan things as a family so the boys have good memories of us all together. We’re planning a big sleepover with me and the boys, Jeff (her ex Jeff Brazier), Jack and all our mates.”

Jade has given her sons Bobby and Freddie friendship bracelets as a reminder for them that she will always be with them, and when she gave them the bracelets she said: “I told them they should never take them off and, if they’re sad, missing their mum or upset, to rub them and think of me.”

Jade Goody has started her first day of married life after her “dream” wedding to Jack Tweed. The reality TV star Jade has just being given only months to live as she is battling with cancer, enjoyed a day of “laughter and tears” at the lavish ceremony in Essex, her publicist Max Clifford said.

The lavish ceremony was attended by around 200 guests including television personalities Richard Madeley, Judy Finnigan and Paul O’Grady – and also included a performance from girl band the Sugababes.

Mother-of-two Jade was reportedly dosed with painkillers for the 45-minute service at the Down Hall Country Hotel near Hatfield Heath.

Jade stood for the whole service wearing a £3,500 Makado gown before being being forced to sit down from “fatigue and emotion” and then her young sons then sat on her knees.

Jade made an emotional thank-you to her guests saying: “I just want to thank you all for making my special day really special. I’m just so very happy.”

Jack Tweed had his night-time bail curfew following his conviction for assault was lifted by the Ministry of Justice spoke after Jade adding: “I’m proud to say I’m your husband.”

The 27-year-old TV personality sold the picture and TV rights of the ceremony for nearly £1 million, and she hopes to raise as much money as possible for her sons from a previous relationship, Bobby, five, and Freddie, four. Her publicist Max Clifford spoke as he left the event saying: ”It was a wonderful day. A dream day. A day of laughter and tears, Jade was hilarious with some of the ad libs she made as she said her vows.”

Jade Goody is to marry her fiance Jack Tweed at a hotel near her Essex home on Sunday, her publicist confirmed today, Jade who has recently been struck down by cancer has chosen a country house hotel just 8 miles from her home in Ongar, Essex, to tie the knot.

She and fiance Jack plan to share a civil ceremony with just over 100 friends and family followed by a reception. Jade’s illness means that many of the preparations will still be being made just days before the midday wedding on Sunday.

The wedding is staying local due to fears for the bride’s health on the day and the last-minute nature of the plans could mean that a local venue is more suitable than the usual exclusive retreats chosen for high-profile nuptials.

The gorgeous hotel is surrounded by 110 acres of woodland and perfect gardens, is exactly what Jade wished for for her perfect day she said, and the couple have booked out the entire 99-bed hotel already for their special day. Staff at the hotel were tight-lipped about the couple’s plans but admitted that there is already a waiting list for accommodation on Sunday night. The 27-year-old reality TV star was told last week she has just months to live after her cancer spread.

There is no doubt that Jade Goody had a rough time in 2008 and wants to forget it and move on… Jade has had a tough 12 months including her battle with cervical cancer and her boyfriend Jack Tweed being sent to prison. 

And just as poor Jade is thinking things couldn’t get any worse, she was rushed into hospital last week to have emergency surgery on a blocked kidney, and as a result of this Jade has had to pull out of her starring role in Snow White And The Seven Dwarfs in Lincoln.

Jade was very brave to commit to doing the pantomime in the first place and she is now gutted she has had to admit defeat, lets hope Jade has a speedy recovery from yet another latest setback and has a happier and healthier 2009.
