We are all more than aware now that Victoria Beckham and arch-enemy Katie Price came face to face at Sir Elton John’s post-Oscars party, it is well known within the celebrity circuit that the former Spice Girl and the glamour model have been engaged in a bitter feud for years, but according to sources at the party Katie tried to bury the hatchet and approached Posh to say hello - only for the wag to snub her and completely ignore he attempts to finally clear the air. 

Katie, 30, spoke about the situation saying: “I saw Victoria and tried to approach her to say ‘hello’. But she blatantly refused to make eye contact with me. It was so rude. Instead she muttered something under her breath. She was definitely slagging me off and couldn’t get away fast enough. I was pretty p***** off but now I couldn’t care less. I won’t look her way again.”

Victoria, 34, sat at the far end of the marquee in Los Angeles’ Pacific Design Centre with Sharon Stone, Eva Longoria, Gordon Ramsay, Kate Beckinsale, Seal and Heidi Klum, ignoring Katie.

But before the night came to an end the glamour model’s husband, Peter Andre, went to make peace, much to Katie’s horror, expecting Posh to ignore him too - which Katie wouldn’t be able to cope with and has said if this had happened she would of most probably ended up making a scene. 

Peter said: “I wrapped Victoria up in a big hug. She was absolutely fine, a total sweetheart. I think she’s great so I went to apologise, she accepted the apology and was lovely to me.”

After Katie Holmes failed to show at the Oscars on Sunday night, everyone was wondering what had kept her away from the Los Angeles event as a successful actress most expected her to attend.

It turns out the actress swopped post-Oscar parties for an early night thousands of miles away on the other side of America in preparation for filming her new movie, The Extra Man.

So Katie didn’t spend the evening dressed up in a glamorous outfit, just a dowdy ensemble to protect her from the New York cold as she quietly strolled around alone.

Katie looked gaunt and was also seen carrying a bag emblazoned with the slogan ‘I Love My Home… Planet Earth’ and a pair of ballet shoes, which she later changed into.

Katie was not the only star to shun last night’s Oscars at the Kodak Theatre, other celebrities which made the choice to stay away from the event was Katie’s husband Tom Cruise, Leonardo DiCaprio, George Clooney, Scarlett Johansson, Julia Roberts and Jennifer Lopez.

Katie Holmes has caused concern recently after losing weight on an extreme diet called Purification Rundown, which is another aspect of her husband Tom’s scientology belief’s, but the detox which she began after her filming on broadway has left the 30-year-old looking painfully thin and exhausted.

She reportedly also missed the recent Armani party in New York during Fashion Week because she was feeling so run down, which is adding to concerns arising about her health. 

‘Batman Begins’ actress Katie Holmes is reportedly pregnant, Katie already has a two year old daughter called Suri with actor Tom Cruise, but Katie has recently sparked rumors she may be expecting again after she has been spotted wearing loose fitting clothing and long scarves to hide a possible baby bump. 

In recent photographs Katie is looking glowing and happy and kept placing a protective hand over her stomach, she was clearly trying to keep it covered, but you could definitely see the beginnings of a bump.

Tom recently revealed he and Katie are planning to extend their family. The ‘Valkyrie’ actor - who also has two adopted children, Isabella and Connor, with ex-wife Nicole Kidman - said: “We’ll have more children, I’m saying this but Kate’s not here.”

Photos recently taken show Tom putting a protective hand on Katie’s stomach leaving many fans wondering if Suri is going to be getting a baby brother or sister soon, the photos were taken when the famous couple were leaving ‘The Ivy’ restaurant and stepped into a waiting car. 

Both Katie and Tom had seemed to be glowing at the British premiere of Valkyrie earlier that night, Tom held Katie’s hand throughout and seemed to want to take extra care of his wife as she got out of their car.

Their daughter Suri will be three on April 18th so is growing up fast so it would be a good idea for Katie and Tom to add to their family sooner rather than later, and Tom has repeatedly commented on how he would love another child with Katie.

Victoria Beckham recently admitted that she only pretends to be glamourous and she has to work very hard to look good and keep up her perfect image she is best known for, she also said she sometimes even run’s around her home wearing a tracksuit! 

It seems that the Victoria we see going to parties with Katie Holmes, Gwen Stefani and Nicole Richie isn’t the real Mrs Beckham. Victoria who is a mother of three explained, ”If I go to the supermarket looking like s***, that affects my work. I am selling an image. Plus, I have fun with it…I tell you, the paparazzi would not be sitting outside if they realized I was the most boring person in Hollywood.”

Victoria added “I run four miles a day…I go into hair and makeup, and I turn into ‘Victoria Beckham.’ Victoria is well known for her strong fashion sense and wanted to design dresses women can go to the toilet in…

She launched her second collection of women’s clothes - and was determined the most important features the outfits needed.

She said: “I put all the clothes on myself and walk around in it, and I know what feels comfortable. I know how a dress should sit. I’ve worn so many in the past and when I see the photographs I think, crikey, my boobs are up round my neck again because the corsets are too short and not cut high enough.”

Celebrity mansions… what dreams are made of! We rarely see the huge homes behind our favorite celebrities, so i have put together my top five, of which are in no order, as i would love to own any of them! Some people just have far too much money, maybe i should request they donate some to me?

Ashlee Simpson, Beverly Hills, California, rock singer Pete Wentz sold his $1.8 million bachelor pad to move into this $4.5 million home with Ashlee Simpson and they live next door to  Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher. 

Jessica Alba, Beverly Hills, California, Jessica Alba and Cash Warren bought this $4 million, 4 bedroom home to welcome their baby girl. Its reported that the couple decorated the house using non-toxic paints and used furniture - for all you tree huggers out there. 

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, Montecito, this LA mansion has 7 bedrooms and is worth a whopping $18 million, along with having a private jet and numerous supercars in a private hanger… perfect example of a celebrity pair with far too much cash! 

Tiger Woods, Windermere, this gorgeous huge home boasts 6692 square feet and 8 bedrooms on Lake Isleworth. I know i didn’t say a favorite but… if i had the choice this would be the one i would go for! 

Jennifer Aniston, Los Angeles, California, when Jen split which Brad Pitt she moved into a cottage on carbon beach which she rented, but in 2006 she upgraded to this $15 million mansion. It’s still a construction zone though she bought the property in 2006 and Jennifer has hired security guards to patrol the grounds during construction.

Concerns are growing for Katie Holmes’ health and well-being after she and her famous actor husband Tom Cruise after the couple have received terrifying death threats. They famous couple have been targeted by a number of large groups who oppose Katie and Toms beliefs regarding scientology, and Tom who is 46 has called in the FBI to investigate the claims and track down exactly where they have come from. 

These death threats have taken their toll on 30 year old Katie as she has stopped eating and is constantly worried about where she goes and who with, Katie’s friends have no said that they are worried about her pale and gaunt appearance which is a result of these troubles. 

Tom is looking after his family by hiring round the clock security and has ordered his wife and two year old daughter Suri to travel in bullet proof cars and be guarded at all times, Tom has also spent a reported £6m on an underground bunker at the couples home. They are certainly taking these threats seriously and this is why Katie is struggling as it is all becoming a frightening reality.

Katie Holmes has signed up to star in a new independent comedy film set in New York. Katie will team up with Kevin Kline, John C Reilly and Paul Dano in The Extra Man, based on a novel by Jonathan Ames.

Kevin will play a failed playwright who works as an escort for rich widows. He then goes on to develop a mentor-student relationship with a troubled aspiring playwright, who will be Paul Dano. 

It is not yet known who Katie will play in the movie, but production is rumored to begin in New York in February.

“This is a film for our times, these hilarious characters living on the edge of enormous wealth, scrapping for small pieces of the pie,” director Shari Springer Berman said.

The director has said he suspects a lot of people will be able to identify nowadays.

That’s a nice sweater Kate. It looks like she should be wearing it in Taos, not New York City. Poor Kate is always getting ‘papped’, it seems she can’t get away from the cameras and she has spoken out and this recently and how it effects her, it gets her down and she worries that it is only going to get worse as her life goes on, she can never she is coming to an end. 

Kate recently shared her beliefs about the paparazzi by saying, “They’ve become an entity to themselves, but eventually they’ll implode. They’re creating a house of cards that will inevitably fall. These are not nice people. When you’re taking your child to school, and they’re trying to get on school property to get a picture, it literally makes you want to just smack them.”

The paparazzi obviously provide us on a daily basis with photographs of our favorite and most famous celebrities, and we buy the magazines and read the newspapers that provide us with these photographs, hopefully there will come a day when the craziness of paparazzi will wear off, but we will still be able to keep tabs on our favorite stars through websites minus that nasty, unexpected photograph paparazzi’s provide. 

Celebrities appear to be more concerned about being photographs when they become parents, as they do not want their children to become involved with the crazy world of paparazzi that they are in, and i do feel sorry for celebrities who struggle with this on a daily basis like Tom and Katie Cruise.

What tough economic times?  One celebrity mum spent approximately $14 million in the last six months! Katie Holmes who has been in NYC since last July so she could appear in the Broadway show, All My Sons, has been spending a few bucks.

Katie Holmes and her daughter Suri, frequenty visit the city’s best restaurants, and both love to shop at the finest stores. While ordinary city dwellers are cutting back, Mrs Cruise has been valiantly doing her bit to boost the economy in the city of New York.

Katie has even had her shopping tallied up to a conservative estimate of her 24-week NYC spending spree, and she has been crowned Manhattan’s Most Valued Shopper.

It’s believed Katie spent almost $14,000 on child care for Suri. And to be fair, the $14 million most likely includes their three new apartments, which would take up a good chunk of that change and Katie and Suri are living in one of them.

Besides the apartments and child care, it’s estimated that the couple spend over $7,000 on a private gym, including space for Suri. Another $7,300 was spent at fancy restaurants and $17,000 laid out for clothes for Katie and Suri.
