DON’T DELAY BREAKFAST
Many of us are guilty of snoozing the alarm, spending an extra 10 minutes in bed and skipping breakfast entirely, but you’ll definitely need to get moving if you want to boost your metabolism!

Drinking H2O is a simple way to speed up digestion and burn calories – both of which can add to speeding up your metabolism.
It’s a great idea to grab water bottles and mark where you should have drank up to by each hour of the day. The recommended 2 Litres will seem like nothing once you get started!
